Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 weeks shipping and personalization time on your order. 

The shipping fee is non refundable on returned items and will not be included in store credit.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personalization nature of our business, personalized items are non refundable.  OptiMillonDesign4U will provide an electronic mock up to the purchaser for review and approval prior to putting item into production.  Once the electronic design is approved, the personalization will be produced and product cannot be returned.


Non Personalized Items (NPI) can be exchanged or returned for OptiMillonDesign4U Store Credit are at the cost of the customer.  The shipping fee is non refundable and will not be included in store credit.  NPI(s) returned must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of stains /makeup /perfume /deodorant with original tags attached.   OptiMillonDesign4U has the right to deny the exchange/return of any items that appear to fail any of the above conditions. 



Customers wishing to receive store credit and/or exchange for purchased merchandise must request within ten(10) business days of the product delivery date as noted by OptiMillonDesign4U’s carrier (UPS) email the following information:

·       Reason for return

·       Reason for Return Request

·       Photo evidence of product defect/issue

Within 48 hours of submitting the Return Request you will receive an email notifying you whether your Return Request has been approved. If your Return Request has been approved, print the email confirmation and include with your return.  You must send ship your returned/exchanged product with tracking and provide the tracking # to us at  Ship the item(s) back within 15 days (including weekends & holidays) of the return authorization email to:

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card or exchange for a NPI per your request. E-Cards are valid for one year of issue date. The store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price & applicable taxes of the returned item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
