4. Product Listings & Purchases
When purchasing an item from our website, you agree that:
• You are responsible for reading the full item description before making a purchase.
• By completing checkout, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the selected item(s).
• All sales are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
5. Pricing, Fees & Taxes

• Shipping and handling fees apply to all items not picked up onsite.

All fees and charges will be billed to your selected payment method at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping, Handling & Pickup
• Items not picked up onsite will incur shipping and handling fees.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
• OptiMillonDesign4U is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
7. Return Policy
7.1 Personalized Items
Due to the custom and made‑to‑order nature of our business, all personalized items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.
• OptiMillonDesign4U will provide an electronic mock‑up for review and approval before production begins.
• Once the electronic design is approved, the item will move into production and cannot be changed, canceled, or returned.
• Approval confirms that all spelling, colors, layout, and design elements are correct.
7.2 Non‑Personalized Items (NPI)
Non‑Personalized Items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to the following conditions:
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable and will not be included in store credit.
• Returned NPI items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, perfume, or deodorant, and must have original tags attached.
OptiMillonDesign4U reserves the right to deny any exchange or return if the item does not meet these conditions.
7.3 Return Request Window
Customers requesting store credit or an exchange must submit a Return Request within ten (10) business days of the delivery date as confirmed by UPS.
To request a return, email info@optimillon.com with:
• Reason for return
• Reason for return request
• Photo evidence of any product defect or issue
7.4 Return Authorization Process
• You will receive an approval or denial email within 48 hours of submitting your request.
• If approved, print and include the Return Authorization Email inside your package.
• Ship the item(s) within 15 days (including weekends and holidays) of receiving authorization.
• All return shipments must include tracking, and the tracking number must be emailed to info@optimillon.com.
